Need to know which coil fires #2 cylinder

This is not the firing order that is stamped on the coil packs.
Coils are matched by 2 pairs of cylinders for ignition spark plugs and coils system.
1- Like 5 2 and 3 6 and 4 1
2- Pairs of 2 cylinders are firing at the same time.
3- When cylinder number 5 fire at ( Power Cycle) the cylinder number 2 fire but in ( Exhaust Cycle ). That is why you have those number stamped on the coil packs.

You are correct.
1-3-5 are next to the firewall and 2-4-6 are next to the radiator.

In the 4 cylinder the firing order is 1,3,4,2 and the cylinders are numbered 1,2,3,4 from the Passenger side to the drivers side.

In a V6 the firing order is 1,6,5,4,3,2 and the cylinders are numbered 1,3,5 in the front from the passenger side to the drivers side and 2,4,6 in the back from the passengers side to the drivers side.

STANDING IN FRONT OF CAR FROM LEFT TO RIGHT CYLINDERS ARE 1 2 3 4 NOW LOOKING AT COILS STANDING FRONT CAR THIS IS COIL SPARK PLUGS WIRES LOCATION WRITE THESE NUMBERS DOWN IN A ROW LIKE NUMBER 2 ON TOP 4 BOTTOM 2 3 1 4. THESE NUMBER IN A ROW IS WHERE YOURS SPARKS LOCATION FROM COILS TO CYLINDER SPARK PLUGS.

your correct the coil pack is probably the culprit

Firing order 1.2.3.4.5.6
Looking at engine , number 1 cyl left front,number 2 left middle,3 left back
Number 4 right front,5 middle right ,6 back right
Fault codes indicate missfire cylinder 2 and 6

well if you need to change the coil because of a missfire then the engine codes should tell you wich cylinders were missfireing the just see wich one goes to that cylinder
those coils just dont go bad normaly
why you replacing it?

Try you ignition module if you have verified the plugs/coil being in good working order..

if it is a 6 cylinder remove engine cover 4 ten mm bolts three are in front under coils then three are under intake if it is a four cyl remove plastic cover in center of valve cover they are under coils and i beleive there are 2 wires as well as 2 coils
