Hello Trudy Mixon,
This is going to sound really odd... but I had a problem
that sounded quite similar... The door contact was soooo marginal that the flex in the body while turning.. caused the INTERIOR lights to turn on... as though the door was OPEN.
We found which door by using a piece of sponge held in place with masking tape to EACH DOOR... When we found the offending door... it was like some one had not only smashed the door switch... but also gently dented the inside edge of the door.
We repaired both...
(Either would have fixed the trouble)
We guessed... some body had closed the door on a block of wood... rather than adjust it's clearances correctly...
(( we think ))

I'm going to suggest that you find each of your door or hatch switches... and cut a piece of sponge or heavy cardboard on the opposing side of each switch. Give it a try.
ELSE...
go to BBB Industries FREE library (registration required)... on TECHNICAL Service Bulletins and
wiring diagrams to trace out any electrical commonalities...
Comment me back if I can help.
