Nothing working on the instrument cluster ? Shouldn't be a battery problem with being only five months old. Turn on the headlamps , do they shine bright ? Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to the on position ? Do all warning lights come on with the key on , then some go off after a few seconds ? Checking for diagnostic trouble codes in the instrument cluster would be a good thing to do also . The Instrument cluster could be the problem .

Shook how ? In the engine or like a body or a Suspension problem ? Died while drive , could be a fuel delivery problem or ignition problem ! When it died did it start back up right away ? Check out some videos on youtube on trouble shooting died while driving . A picture is better training aid then me telling you . Tapping the gas pedal doesn't really do anything on a fuel injected engine . I would suggest you have a fuel pressuer test done , have spark plugs checked .If you don't know how to do engine running ,trouble shooting , i would say take it to a qualified repair .

Yes it started right up again...what tests can be done to check what the problem is? Ck engine light doesn't come on. What would cause it not to start....they said starter was fine..never had a car just die while driving...very scary at night!
