Question about 1999 Cadillac DeVille
Look for the silly stuff. Check for things blocking off the radiator, coolant level, water pump belt, etc. If none of those help, check the cooling fan, coolant temperature sensor, fan relay and fan fuses. If everything there is working, consider a stuck thermostat, an obstruction in the cooling system itself or a failed water pump. Kind of a long shot but engine timing can also make it run hot. you need to verify the dome lights are turning off before you walk away,something is draining the battery.check you car out after driving it and make sure radio and any other things all shut off.

The blend door for the passenger side is not connected right or functioning correctly. Try seeing if the dial on the armrest on the passenger side is not rotated one way or the other too much.
