Coolant cannot leak from a crankshaft
it may be leaking from a crankcase from a head gasket, or cracked block( crankcase)
pressure test the cooling system and watch for where the droplets are forming

1997 town car will not start

Make sure that check engine light comes on when you turn the key to the on postion, then while cranking it should go out, then while cranking after a few seconds it should come back on. If it does not then PCM is not seeing a signal from the crankshaft postion sensor.
This sensor is located on the front passenger side of motor at the crankshaft pulley. You can disconnecting harness and clean it and reconnect it and see if it cranks. If not replace it.
