Reset prosedures for volvos

Ok when you move the key to start the car. you need the following definitions.

pos 0 equals car off
pos 1 equals acessory position
pos 2 equals run position (NOT START)
pos 3 equals start position

check your drivers information module, and see that your triip display is in trip 1 (T1)

then put your car into position 1. push and HOLD the trip reset meter. WHILE HOLDING the reset button, rotate the key to position 2. Hold the reset button until you see the triangle in the dash flash yellow. Once this starts flashing remove your finger from the reset button. Shut the car off, verify light is out. repeat once if necessary.
