SOURCE: Volvo 850 1994 will not start.

check all of your fuses there should be a fuse pannl under he hood and it will have large fses called maxi fuses in it also there may be some relays in there as well. the lid of this fuse pannel should have an explanation of what each fuse and each relay is for.

SOURCE: i have a 54 plate focus zetec,after driving for 40

havent a clue without checking it out with a test drive ,but it sound like its well sick .Does it have oil??

Sounds like the steering wheel horn switch or loom is faulty.
Be carefull if it has an air bag, it may go off!

Are you still getting a crank sensor code?Codes can mean the sensor or the wiring or the connections or the computer.

I have the following fault codes on my Volvo s40 2.0 diesel 54 plate. Adm-000a, adm-e010, adm-0002. And the following message is displayed; immobiliser see manual. The car won't start at all, thanks.

Looks like a reboot is needed. If you have a manual, you can see how to reset. Download if needed.

On my Volvo v50 07 plate Radio keeps cutting in and out and the anti skid warning keeps flashing up what is wrong ?

You have a loose wire. This is labor intensive to find so try wiggling things around under the dash.

Problem with my 1991 Volvo 240 with B230F engine. Car is hard to start cold after wet weather. It is always garaged. Once it has started after persistent cranking it sounds like it is running on 3 cyl

I would try cleaning the Electronic Idle Air Control Valve with a trusted Electrical Cleaner then a Non-Conductive Lubricant.

make sure the battery is ok check spark plugs distributor cap and rotar arm for any wear or damage if it has original plug leads replace them also make sure correct grade of oil in engine also clean throttle body

Keeps cutting off after 30 miles

WE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT NOT FOR LONG SO ITS BEEN WORKING FOR US AND HOPEFULLY THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU. WE'VE RECENTLY LEARNED BY JUST STARTING YOUR CAR THE CORRECT WAY IT HASN'T BEEN HAPPENING TO US ANYMORE AND THATS BY: WHEN YOU START YOUR CAR YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO HAVE YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKES PUSHING LIGHTLY DOWN, THAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO START A 1989 740 SERIES VOLVO QUOTED STRAIT FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUAL ON HOW TO OPERATE THE CAR. GOOD LUCK
