When that light comes on, it is indicating charging system problem which could mean alternator not charging for one reason or another like loose belt, faulty alternator, or yes, bad battery or connection at battery, for example. First & easiest thing to do is check all your connections to battery, which you've probably done, and make sure they're tight & clean. Make sure belt driving alternator is good & tight, and in good shape. Now boost the vehicle to get it going & test voltage at battery, after you take cables off. My guess is in your case, the voltage will begin to go down, indicating a bad alternator, that will need to be replaced.
SOURCE: Leaking windshield washer fluid resivour
I had a similar problem. My first thought was that the reservoir was leaking but there were no holes in it. Then I noticed that the fluid hose had come off the hose junction fitting (above the passenger side fender -- hard to reach without taking off the panels) and fluid was siphoning out. Later on the hose came off again, and so when I had it in the shop for some other maintenance I asked the guys to look at it. They told me there was a pressure problem with the reservoir pump which was causing the hose to disconnect. They changed out the pump and it's been working fine now.
SOURCE: Mazda Tribute. Water leak under driver's feet. Had
Generally, water on the passenger side is the A/C drain tube.
Driver side generally means widshield or sun roof seal leak.
Did you wash the Mazda or did it rain prior to puddling?
Before disassembling the windshield seal, test ... with a water hose (Remove floormat and place a towel on newspapers on the driver's side floor).
There is a "smoke" test" that can more accurately find the leak. See if you local AutoZone will rent one (maybe free) to you.
Testimonial: "Thanks. Relieved it's not likely to be a/c. It has just rained for the first time for a month so will investigate further."
SOURCE: how to remove radio
Hi:
You need a pair of U shaped unlocking tools. They are available at stereo installer stores, or even best buy, I fabricated a set out of a coat hanger! You pop the bezel off around the radio, and the release tools get inserted on the left and right sides of the radio deck
