SOURCE: How do I change out headlight bulb on 91 olds cutlass cierra
Behind the headlight, you should see the nylon bulb holder. Turn it counter clockwise, about a 1/4 turn, and it should come out. Pull the old bulb straight out, and replace it with the new one. Don't touch the glass part of the new bulb with bare fingers, or you'll be replacing it again. Use cotton gloves or a paper towel. Put the holder back in the headlight, turn it clockwise until it locks.

Remove plastic Grill (6 screws)
Remove Turn Signal Light (3 Screws)
This allows you to access the 4 screws that hold in the Headlight. Remove these and then remove the headlight. Once out, then just turn the bulb and remove. Be careful with the plastic clip that holds the bulb to the wiring harness. Since the car is old, the plastic will easily break.

Testimonial: "Jun 09, 2010 - Thanks for the reply but my Cierra's fuse box is in the gove box. It does not indicate a fuse for power locks. There is no box to the Left Side of the drivers instrument panel. It is a four door and the power locks are only on the two front doors. Trying either one , you can here a clicking sound coming from somewhere, I can't identify where. I have pulled both doors apart , following the wiring in hopes to find a relay switch, and can't find it at all. Followed wiring to under the dash near the the dome light by your feet. Can't find it. Went to dealer , he had no diagram as too where it is. I am at a loss. Thanks for your help "
SOURCE: How to replace starter in a 1991 Cutlass Ciera
I had to do mine recently. You have to remove the radiator to make elbow room. Then jack up the car, as the trick is to remove the motor mount, then jack up the motor itself as high as you can get it to go. At that point you should be able to see the starter. That frees up getting to the starter. The rest is easy, no explanation required, it's just figuring out how to get to it that's a bear. Good luck.
Scan the computer for trouble codes. Use an OBD 1 scanner or code reader. The light having come on means there is a stored code or codes to direct you or a technician to the problem sensor or circuit.
