They sell them. They just don't tell you that it has to go to the dealer to be programmed. Takes two keys to be programmed also. No bypass on these. Some locksmiths can do this also.

How are your battery cables?are they clean and tight,follow the ground to the frame to see if corroded or loose.Will it jump off from another vehicle?Is the fusible link good?Also check the wiring on alternator.Could be the ignition switch?
sounds like closed circuit or a short because the egnition is a master shut down and if it gets through that then ther seems to be a short bypassing the egnition
what you have done is to change the ignition switch and not had it re-programmed ,if you still have the original key then take the chip out out of it and put it inside the new key then it will start if not for whatever reason then call breakdown truck and have it taken to a dealer
Do not replace the lock!
replace the ignition switch
the switch activates the starter then springs back keeping the engine running but, disconnecting the starter
repair the horn short circuit after this
check all the grounds and take off panel over the egnition switch and trace the wires u might have a short if not and u can put in a bigger fuse try that like one that is like 10 amp higher
