I doubt it since they are two different body series. The Alero is like a Grand Am and the Intrigue is like a Cutlass.
A salvage yard or the dealer could tell you for sure.
Remove the body brace over it.
1 bolt in the back, 2 in the front.
Remove the battery mount.
One bolt on the front of the battery (kind of faces the engine).
Disconnect the battery lift out, replace.
Reverse disassembly.
After removing the front bolts from the chassis crossbar, loosen the
back one(s) so it will swing out of the way. You can squeeze the
plastic retainer holding the front wire harness to release it, then
it's just a matter of (carefully!) wiggling the battery into position
to lift it out.
use a scanner to check the abs system . most of the time the abs brakes and traction control system work together. your cruise control . unit has a servo motor .in front right fender well. check the fuse and relay also the cruise control brake release switch. and the brake light switch.if all is good you have a cruise control module problems. dealer ship job.
