I have grand virara 2011 model i want to know about red light flicking on dashboard panel

For the Suzuki Grand Vitara 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 model year. Fuse box location. The fuse box is located under the driver's side of the dashboard.

What is year--make-- model. Is your headlamp switch part of the multifunction switch? I can't look at your wiring diagram because I don't know which vehicle you have?

It maybe possible to see if problem is in the steering column or elsewhere by checking the proper wire colors into and from the steering column?

Do headlamps flicker as well? Bad alternator. No? Bad light switch.
