Does it have spark at the spark plug's ? Does it have fuel pressure ? Is the anti-theft light on ? Have you check ASD relay in the under hood fuse/relay box ? There are videos on youtube diagnosing engine cranks no start condition .

Yes , freezing is possible if enough water is present? Do you hear the fuel pump running ? Fuel pump relay testing , pull the relay out and jump direct ! On the bottom of the relay are four sets of numbers 30,87 & 85,86 .Jump 30 and 87 where the relay plugs into . this will send B+ voltage directly to the fuel pump
