fuel pump relay on ef falcon is located under the header(coolant tank).Fuel pump relay is the green relay,the brown one is the ecu relay.To access these relays,simply undo the 3 bolts holding the header tank in place(no need to undo any coolant hoses),and move header tank out of way,then undo the one screw retaining the relay cover.
should imagine its under the car near the fuel tank ,on older models anyway newer ones have a gauze filter inside the fuel tank on the bottom of the pump .
Did you have any accident? If you did check the owner's manual for the reset procedure for the fuel pump cutoff switch, Also keep in mind the fuel pump is only powered when the engine is being cranked over or running of course.
