You have a shorted engine harness, this is not common but it does happen, heat and engine movement cause damage to the harness, this is most common on hi miler cars and vans, the only way to fix it is to start by looking anywhere the harness rubs, that is where the damage occurs.

SOURCE: check engien lihgt with code p1762

CEL Code P1762 is Governor Pressure Sensor Offset Improper Voltage. Make sure all your wires going to the sensor are ok, then if they are I would look into a new Sensor. Hope this gives you some direction. Thanks for Using FixYa!

Sincerely,

JC

SOURCE: engine turns over fine , car will not start.

well the first part of your question i was all ready to tell you to put a new fuel pump in, now not so sure, there is a relay for fuel pump, can you hear pump cycle and relay click? relay under hood you will have to listen close they don't run long maybe a couple secounds, if you don't relay bad. if you do pump could be bad, do fuel pressure test pump could be weak. don't think sunroof and turn signals are related, but stranger things have happend.

SOURCE: 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee Won't start

The crankshaft position sensor was seriously problematic in those old jeeps. It's located towards the top of the bell housing slightly to the driver's side I think.

Codes p0203, p0123, and p0113 are showing for my 2001 jeep grand cherokee. The voltage from the tps plug was 1.5v

P0113 intake air temp voltage too high
P0123 Throttle position sensor voltage too high
P0203 is injector #3 control circuit
voltage is higher that 4.9 volts short to 5 volt supply circuit

erase the codes and drive vehicle to see if the codes come back if they do you have a hard code check the supply circuit for a short
