I. Have a 91 f150 when truck is not running I can push gas pedal down but when running it will not go down

Has the fuel filter been replaced, this sounds like a fuel filter issue.

Hi,
Replace the fuel filter as the fist action. Often this is charged for - but not done on a service, and if blocked will starve the engine. Just done mine after 3 years - would not believe the cr@p that was in it.

Try again.

If not much difference, check the fuel pump in the tank, and any cables to it.
If this fails, the engine needs to **** the fuel more - and can lead to starvation problems too.

Change the air filter every year, as this is cheap and will give you better MPG anyway.

fuel pressure regulator!!
and when is the last time you had a complete tune up?

SOURCE: when push gas pedal, oil pressure goes up

have you oil pressure sending unit checke/replaced

SOURCE: 91 F150 runs rough at low idle

If you put a scanner on it and you have no misfire codes I would be looking at either an egr valve stuck open a little or a bad Idle Air Control Valve
