SOURCE: 1991 Loyale rotor removal

you need to take the distrubutor cap off, the first thing you will see is the rotor, theres a copper T shapped conductor on the top. stand on the drivers side right in front of the tire looking at the rotor. make sure the T shape looks as it does right there. if it is not turn the key to crank the motor so the rotor will be facing the right way. now look under the copper T and plastic part and theres screw romove the screw and the rotor will come right off just pull up.

SOURCE: 1991 subaru loyale ac fan does not work fuse is ok

is the blower motor not blowing or the fan on the radiator not working? didn't say exactly which it was. If it's the blower motor and the fuse is good, it could be one of 4 things. Broken wire, bad fan speed switch, bad resistor switch (controls fan speed) or bad blower motor. Check for power to the fan speed switch, if it's good move to the resistor switch( this switch is normally located near the blower motor and is bolted to the air box to keep it cool) Pull it out and check it. It could be burnt up. If so, replace it but before doing so check to see if your blower motor works by hooking it straight up to a power source. Most of the time on older vehicles the resistor goes out due to excessive dust build-up and finally burns the coils out or it just dies of old age.

SOURCE: How to replace a clutch on a 1991 Subaru Loyale

If you're a home mechanic, this job is simply too difficult to do. Unless you have a transmission jack and an engine hoist, this task is better put in the hands of a mechanic with a professional garage. However, if you do have these tools, you will find the clutch at your local auto parts dealership and sometimes the how-to information is enclosed with the part. If not, purchase a Hane's manual that is specific to your car. Remember, though, heavy tool set will be required.

SOURCE: The hazard lights on my 1993 subaru loyale are not

Both the turn signal and hazard warning flashers are mounted on the fuse panel.

REPLACEMENT
To remove a relay, simple pull the relay out. When installing a relay, make sure the terminals on the relay line up with the terminals in the fuse panel.
Most of the replaceable fuses for the electrical system are located on the fuse panel under the instrument panel, to the left of the steering column. In addition to the plastic fuses installed in the fuse box, there are 1 or more circuit breakers and a flasher relay.

For access to the fuse panel, remove the fasteners from the lower edge of the cover, then pull the cover downward until the spring clips disengage from the instrument panel. On the base models, the cover simply snaps on and off.

The locations of various fuses are illustrated in the owner's manual, and in some cases, on the cover of the fuse panel (in the pic check inside the circle).
