You need a voltmeter to adjust it . Back probe the signal wire with aT pin or small paper clip . Hook voltmeter negative lead to ground and the positive to the T pin . You have to measure voltage between one of the pins and ground. When the throttle is closed, should be around 0.5 volts. Fully open is 5 volts. To check for the correct wire . there are three wires , one should have 5 volts , one should have continuity with ground . None of those is the one ! The signal return is probably the center wire , that's the one you check on . Just double check .
