Spark Plug gap is 1.1 mm (0.043 in). Original Spark plug are set to 0.44 inch slightly tap them down to 0.43 inch. They should be fine even at at 0.44 inch which is close enough.

In the engine compartment next to the air breather. Number 13 fuse.

Anytime a light does something weird it's usually a bad connection. Could be a wire grounding out or a loose connection at either end of the wire.

where are the controls set at for 4wd?
