The first step would be to check the fuse-box for a blown fuse associated with the circuit the horn is on. The fuse box can be accessed on the driver's side under the steering wheel. If this does not help, come back to FixYa, and I will be glad to be of further assistance.

Check the Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel (Page 188 from Owners Manual), is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. Check Position 26, 10AMP*...

They are located inside the valve covers ...not a fun project, you have to take the valve covers off..

Check the fuses that are associated with the brake lights and turn signal. The fuse box is located below the steering column and the fuse box diagram (for fuse assignment) is located in the owner's manual. I hope this helps.
