the jet pump is a clever bit of kit it uses energy from the main pump to transfer fuel over to balance it out being a saddle tank arangement if its not doing its job then its faulty unless its not been installed correctly. there are no electrical connections only the level sensor. and pipework
It could be as simple as a bad fuel pump or clogged fuel filter to something more in depth like a broken timing chain or bad sensors. Check the Fuses first to make sure they are all good then check the relays under the hood. If the fuses are good and the relays then spray some starting fluid into the air intake, If it fires then the problem is a fuel pump or filter if it doesn't you are going to have to test the Crank and cam position sensors to find the bad on and the coil pack.
Have you had your car fixed yet ????
I have the same problem, the car will turn but will not start, I can hear the fuel pump not working and haved checked all the fuses, still dont know what else to check.
if your fuel pump and relay are new, how about your fuel filter, if your fuel pump is working but no fuel turns out, check fuel pump polarity, if ok, there will be a clogging in fuel lines, take a high pressure air and plug it to fuel outlet in fuel lines test port, allow air to go back up to fuel tank and observe if the air goes, if not, check or change fuel line, if the air goes to tank, direct your fuel relay pin 30 and 87 and check if the fuel runs to the injectors, if not, change a good fuel pump
