Isuzu kb 260 petrol 4ze1 motor head and block settings

The correct head and block settings for an Isuzu KB 260 4ZE1 petrol engine will depend on the specific model and year of your vehicle. It is generally recommended to refer to the manufacturer's specifications or a repair manual for the specific head and block torque settings for your engine.
In general, the head bolts on an Isuzu 4ZE1 engine should be tightened in a specific sequence and to a specific torque specification. The block bolts should also be tightened in a specific sequence and to a specific torque specification.
It is important to follow the manufacturer's specifications and torque the head and block bolts to the correct specification to ensure proper engine function and to prevent damage. If you are unsure about the correct head and block settings for your engine, it is recommended to seek the assistance of a professional mechanic or refer to the manufacturer's specifications.

Isuzu 1999 v6 engine 3.2 DOHC cylinder head

wow , no car body stated, so all online FSM , cant look it up.
as they ask year, body first. or you get nothing..

did your read the FSM first?
seems not.
are they TTY bolts, ? the book says, so. and would be question one

some are not set with torque, but are set by turns angles.
if not TTY bolts (torque to yield)
do you think 15 year old bolts are still good. Id bet not.
those are the first 2 questions, on all cars this old.

at random i picked trooper. and it had a 3.2 option and the
head torque is
Step 1: 21 ft. lbs.
Step 2: 47 ft. lbs.

on the head page the first line reads

"Use new head bolts when installing the cylinder head."

doesnt say way, only that.... you can google the why
or join a real isuzu form and ask, THEY KNOW.

and use the L marked gasket on left bank.

What are the head torque specs?

1996 Isuzu Truck Hombre 2.2L SFI 4cyl

zjlimited_545.jpg

Fig.: Cylinder head bolt torque sequence-2.2L engine

Apply a coating of 1052080 or equivalent sealer to the cylinder head bolt threads. Install the cylinder head bolts (within 15 minutes of sealer application), then tighten them in the proper sequence first to a torque of 46 ft. lbs. (63 Nm) for long bolts or to 43 ft. lbs. (58 Nm) for short bolts and then tighten all bolts an additional 90 degree turn using a torque angle meter.

Hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).
