take door panel off by prrying clips out, then you should see the motor. unplug the wire harness and take the wiper arm off the outside. Should have to just unbolt it from here, otherwise if its rivited in, you'll need to drill them out and replace them with bolts/washers/lock washer/lock nuts when you put it back in.
The wiper motor replacement is not a difficult operation, just ensure connectors are firmly attached to the motor, and that wipers are working after installing the new motor.
If it is a motor problem, you can usaully hold the switch which ever way you want the window to go, and slam the door shut while holding the said switch. If it works then, you need the motor replaced. If not, you need to look at the switch itself, or make sure that the motor is getting power and ground when the button is pressed.

check fuses, check power and ground at blower motor.if the blower has only one speed it will mean a resistor is shot.an easy test if blower is not working at all is to turn blower on hi and tap on the bottom of blower motor with hammer if the blower motor kicks in then you know the motor is the problem.if the motor still does not work, the wiring to the switch and the switch will need to be tested,if the wiring and switch are ok,then replace the blower motor.
