Check the battery to body ground. after that you will need electrical diagrams to check power and grounds at the light switch and turn signal switch.

SOURCE: How do I bypass 1992-94 buick park avenue security system?

On mine I bypassed it with this solution after it was locked down for weeks: http://newrockies.ca/vatsbypass . This one will bypass the entire system and not only the key and lock cylinder. I wanted to kick the whole system out of my car and never hear about it anymore.

SOURCE: The courtesy lights on my 1992 Buick Park Avenue

Hello! You may need a multimeter to perform a few test procedures but we will do the simple testing first...See diagram below of the Relay Box which is under the right side of the Instrument Panel...The Right column, as well as the left, has five relay slots...The bottom relay in the right column is the Interior Lights Relay (aka fog light relay)...#1 suspect is this Relay...Rather then buying one (they are inexpensive anyway) switch it with the Horn relay...Horn relay is in right column, second one from top...See if courtesy lights work...If so replace Relay...See second diagram below...
If this does not solve the problem: The #2 suspect is the Light Switch...#3 is wiring and we will address these two after the Relay is eliminated...

My back wheel when it hit a pot hole or any other bump in the street it bounce or not enough bounce to it ...the struts are ok an suspension is ok I was told so whats goin on..can u help me

I not sure if I fully understand your question. Are you asking should your car be bouncing more when you hit a bump or pot hole?

Well this is how struts and shocks are suppose to work: Struts and shocks are suppose to assist in providing a smooth ride, when you hit a bump or pot hole the struts and shocks absorb the force so you won't feel the full impact when driving. A good set of struts and shocks will eliminate excessive bouncing when driving or when you come across bumps and other mishaps in the road. So inconclusion if your car is not doing a whole lot of bouncing when you are driving that is a good thing, because that means your struts and shocks are doing their job and that means there is nothing wrong with them.
