Hello Natasha Langford,
..
It looks very much like the one in my
OLD Lincoln NAVIGATOR.
Ford has unique part numbers on all of their parts...
Like: F7VH-19C933-AA
You can call your local friendly parts dealer... Auto dismantlers have cross-over books... they can use to assist in such situations..
I don't know if any serious COMMUNITIES OF INTEREST
have formed (clubs) around 20 year old Lincolns... but I'm POSITIVE the antique folks could tell you how to begin...
Fr myself I'd copy the part number off of the PART in question...
and post it on eBay... and the rest of the internet

- If temp guage reads normal, the lack of heat may be due to the Heater Control Valve. Located in front of the radiator. Lower passenger side. A real bugger to replace.
- The plastic cap just over the thermostat is key in re-filling the anti freeze and bleeding air.
SOURCE: How to remove the inside left side front door
Snap out two door pull strap retaining screw covers. Remove screws.
Remove screws on front, rear and center of front door trim panel.
Using the Trim Pad Removing Tool or equivalent, pry the trim panel retaining clips from the door inner panel.
These are plastic so be careful you can use a pair of needle nose pliers if you don't have a trim tool.Just start at bottom of door panel and work your way around and up.

the problem is with the blend door it controls the blend of hot and cold air. there is a small electrical motor that can go bad or they can hang up
you will probally have to take some covers off to find out whats going on
SOURCE: Cannot control my AC blower on my 2001 Lincoln
sounds like your switch contacts are shorted closed.. try disconnecting the switch for inspection and use a volt ohm meter to inspect switch across contacts...
Testimonial: "At first the blower stop working. When I ran a separate ground directly to the fan motor it worked but then I found out I had no control. "

Relays are normally located under the hood in a protective plastic box. Good Luck Ned
