SOURCE: Hummer H2 engine won't turn over, key won't

Dead Battery? Bad starter motor?

Try pushing on the brake and making sure its all the way in park.

Turn the steering wheel back an forth a little to remove the key.

None of those work, Call triple A, find a shop.

SOURCE: I need to remove the luggage racks from my 2007 Hummer h2 SUT

I have the same vehicle and was able to remove mine with the following steps: 1) remove light behind each rear of luggage rack rail using phillips screwdriver (one screw each side). 2) remove molding underneath each light using T20 torx driver (2 screws each side). 3) Loosen cross rails nobs. 4) Side cross rails off of roof.

Battery is dead. Key stuck in ignition. Can't get the hood open. The hood release is not working. Tried grabbing the cable with vice grips and pulling but no go.

Howdie sounds like you need to get some wd and squirt it in the Key Spot and then try taking the cover off the bottom of the Bumper and look up too see the Latch if that works take it off you might need to people workin on the cable won to bang on the hood to release it and to move the cable with the Other thanks again for your time

I got the engine light on steady in my hummer h2 when i opened the hood i saw the antifreeze tank was empty.I filled up it but the engine light was on still.I got the leaking windshield and maybe the wires...

You are wasting your time trying to guess why your engine light is on. Most auto parts stores will scan your car for free and tell you why the light came on. Get this done, then ask us how to fix it.

My battery is dead and i cant open my hood to charge my battery how do i release the shifter to back it up the hummer so i can open my hood. thanks

Insert the key, move it to run position. you may have to move the brake lock out of lock position by hand so yo can move the shifter our of.

There is probably a way to disconnect the shifter from below ... but try the easy way first.

You must be parked really close to something .........

My front wipers are not woking on my H2

There are fuses located on thedrivers side when you open the front door. There is a panel that pops off near the door pillar. The fuse diagram is loacted on the panel. Secondly there are fuses located under the hood. There is a black plastic fuse box, with fuses and relays. also there was a recall for the wiper motor on some of the H2. I hope this helps.

Headlight replacement

Open the hood, Turn the twist lock sleeve the surrounds the wiring harness end and pull out bulb holder. Pull out old bulb, press new bulb tab into slot, replace unit back into light housing, turn twist lock sleeve to secure to housing.

Dont touch the new bulb with your bare fingers.

Skin oils can heat up on the bulb and cause it to fail.
