I have a 1998 2.5 mitsubishi galant MX, I need to know the firing order for 6a13 engine and the secuence of location of the cylinder..
Hi. My problem is: I replace the timing belt and the engine start ok in two times and then does not start any more. Ther is no check to the fuel pump from the computer when turn on to star position.
I check the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay, is ok.
I check de firing order and is ok.
I make scan to the vehicle and is ok.
No Check engine Light.
The spark plug are ok and the distribuitor are new.
The firing order is 123456 and cylinder position 1,3,5 left bank and the right bank is 2,4,6
The vehicle not have key chip.

all you have to do is follow the exhaust from the manifold back and you will come to the sensors. bank 1 O2 sensor is on the bank cylinder 1 is and bank 2 O2 sensor is located on the bank cylinder 2 is on. the first sensors you come across is sensor 1 then the next sensor you come across sensor 2 and so on. so you can have a sensor code like bank 1 sensor 2 meaning the sensor on bank one but the sensor is the 2nd sensor in the exhaust.
the location is in engine compartment, there's 2 fuses one of left, one of right, the one of the right is the fuel pump relay, they are the closet relays to the headlights

For the 2.4L: Firing Order: 1-3-4-2 Cylinders: 1------2-------3------4 (Front of Vehicle)
