recheck the timing. was number one piston at top dead center when u lined up the timing marks? if not then timing would be off causing problem u stated

release the tensioner pulley or move the ac compressor so that the new belt will fit on. If the ac belt is the front bone then there is no problem but if there are other belts that have to be removed first then release the tensioner pulley for each

if you mean the fancy electronic thing that tells you how many miles to the gallon you are doing then this sort of thing needs a specialist IT computer engineer so try asking on the computer part of this site as perhaps a computer expert can answer this question for you as i sure cannot ,i can tell you how to set up valve timing with no timing marks what the piston ring gap is per inch diameter of bore ,what a boyles law is and ohms law but this ?

My brand new 2009 Tucson has the same problem. My dealer said it needs a 3rd Gear Kit fitted.
They are on back order as a number of other Tucson's have the same problem. I may have to wait 3 months for the part.
My dealer has ordered 126 back order parts for this problem.
