Sounds like a bad blower motor- first check to see if the blower motor free spins( with power off turn the motor with your hands if accessible or use a long flathead screwdriver) if it free spins replace the capacitor attached to its side- can pick them up in any HVAC supply house--WHEN REMOVING CAPACITOR BE CAREFUL -it is full of electricity and will shock you - use a screwdriver and touch both of the top connections at once- this de- energizes the capacitor- take it with you to the supply house to get replacement- then reattach new on and start up unit- if still no air flow look for obstruction- blocked vents- dirty air filter- crushed supply vent if under house or in attic- also see if the blower motor is operating if not may need a new motor.
