If it is only the bulb, you will need to take enough "stuff" out of the way to access the center of the reflector bowl under the hood so you can twist the bulb holder loose.
When you get all the "stuff" out of the way, use a strong light and perhaps a mirror and you will see what to do ask you progress.
If you wish to replace the whole headlight, type the make and year into the "e-bay" website, ( as I just did), and you will see them for sale.
They are pictured clearly, so you can see what it looks like before you start the job.
God bless your efforts.

I can't find a fuse for right headlight in fuse box in Chrysler Town & COUNTRY MODEL 2006

Your van does not have a fuse for the right headlamp, instead it uses a transistor located in the Front Control Module. If the transistor fails the only repair is to replace the FCM, however, i would thoroughly inspect the bulbs and wiring before replacing the module.

Chrysler town and country both power outlets not working

In the Fuse and Relay BOX Under hood Driver side. Take Lid off and Looking at it by way of Standing on side of Van. The Fuse you need to Replace is on TOP ROW (count from Front end of Van) Count to 7th FUSE and that is the one for BOTH Power Sockets 20 amp Fuse. There is a BLANK Fuse Spot in the ROW Dont Count it ONLY COUNT FUSES. Im Sure you will find this to be the Right Fuse, Otherwise Look at INSIDE of the BOZ LID For anything Further. Please RANK me If You FEEL I DESERVE IT
