3 cheers for you, first time a photo
and a way to get the the hard bolt.
all pro shops have extensions and universals,
if not, they go broke in 1 day.
for sure.
is this the 2.0L real suzuki engine,, USA spec, engine?
Throttle body
yes, gaining access to bolt not reachable from below, means
removing objects in the way, and your intake pull is easy.
thanks for the only photos ever posted to Suzuki box.
deawoo wonder box. (both now defunct here,,)
not this side but ...
but its this side. see? the big red X
this be all you need know besides
how to reach top bolt.
answer, remove things up top and uses a universal joint , 3/8" drive (awratchet set, complete)
we have all sizes of extentions, so we mix them and match them, in some cases 2 universal joints.
that it the problem with FWD cars, PAIN and lots more tools. and for sure cussing, dag nab it.
Yes Juriy Hawrylak this is the 2.0 engine. I appreciate you leaving a comment & I hope this helps you. Stay linked for more tips.
there we go, lots of photos for one engine.
the intake man. is clearly in the way of the starter but starter can be removed, with the right tools. and right angle.
and arm not sizes of gorilla or belly same.
it wont help me, i shun FWD, everything.
note how to starter sits high in the bell arch. making even hard top get to .
every inch of this setup makes this hard.
as can you can see with good photos.
no lack of , on line, vast examples,
if "Olive oil", a spanner in her skinny arm might reach here. but Pop-Eye cant.

Ok guys. Here is the starter removal process that works on a 2006 Suzuki Forenza. Secure the vehicle on jack stands & engage the parking brake. There are three bolts connected to the solenoid & two blots holding the mounting bracket. The first bolt is on the same side as the solenoid. To get to the second bolt with ease, you should first remove the air intake from the throddle body to gain access to the second mounting bolt. I used a 19 inch socket & a couple of extensions to remove the bolt. You will see the bolt by looking down past the iac valve on the drivers side of the engine. There is also a hose bracket connected to the bolt & you can trace the bolt to the starter. Problem solved.
you are a giver thanks, most here never give
never add photos. they are mostly takers, here. i think this questions was asked here
over 50 times. (and access questions need photos) way to go...
most dont want to buy good tools to do the job. if a kmart wrench set is not working they give up.
I am just glad I was able to help.

CAR STARTER REMOVAL? TESTING
One Wire From Starter Motor Goes To Solenoid And Other Goes
To BATTERY. Starter GETS 12 VOLT SUPPLY FROM BATTERY AND WITH THESE VOLTAGE
IT TURNS THE MOTOR AND THIS TRIGGERS THE STARTER SOLENOID AND YOUR VEHICLE
RUNS.============
