Sounds Like Thrust Clutch Bearing Is On Its Way Out. You Need To Remove Gear Box Fit New Bearing On Spigot Shaft Re Fit Gear Box ,While You Have It Out Check Condition Of Clutch
sounds like your thought out bearing is making noise which is not that big a deal right now and the second thing is that it sounds like you aalso have a synquinizer that is going bad. In this case you would need to have the trans rebuilt to fix problem or chance a used one.
this is mpst definatly the gearbox differential bearings. what happends is the engine mounting goes and causes the gearbox to drop down causing excessive wear on the bearings. new gearbox im afraid
