The service manual covers that
how , using a screww (speed right a mechine screww is profane wow!!!!)
you never said, up ,down, left or right
did you know, newer cars the L/R can not be set?
that is so shade tree mech dont blind me.
up and down are settable. only on most modern cars usa.
other countries have there own laws.
for example Canada, your laws on lighting are not ours.
some have composite head lamps, no photos of yours
and screws are diffr, locations.

the manual shows hot set car in front of a wall.
distance, level and then shows you there to put the beam.
in all cars books in print, all have this.
the book, some chock, and a screwdriver.

lucky you, the TOyota 94 corolla book is same as is car

why not post what you see wrong first.
was car in a collision?
was car jacked up or lowered by kid owners.
non composite lamps

the corolla shows 2 screws, one for up /down , seen top center
and left right. seen left on RH side and seen right on LH side

this is the 6x12' wall pattern
im not posting all steps, just this. you can rent the book online
just like we must do.
there are 4 patterns, 2high 2 low, RTM read the shop manual
or do like 99.9% do get the car serviced.

if you look at it more carefully
id bet you did not ask if there is a screw.
which one is up/dn or L/R?sure
    so if look carefully,
you see some are mount screws short.
if if lucky 2 more, some cars now ban, left right adjustments.(laws)

so you see those nice long screws there
    those are the adjusteres.
    turn those.
how to do it right is way more complex
and is covered only in the book, lots of pages, ill never ever type here.
the USA car can be different than the CANADA geos.
    laws do that.

why not just tell us which way is now wrong
    cutting the answer in 1/2

    a how to do question,
    1; SIMPLE TURN THE SCREWS
2: But the real answer is a wall of text
why not log in to mitchell DIY'
and read that wall of text and graphics
and large details to do it correct.
or have any shop do it and do it right'

you'll have to pull off the interior panel. window in the up position. on the lock cylinder there is a clip that you have to pull off and an arm that actuates the lock. pop the lock out. reverse to install.

SOURCE: Adjusting the headlights on a '97 Geo Prizm

on each headlamp assembly, there will be either one or two plastic nuts that you can turn.

If you only have one nut on each, that will adjust the vertical aim of the headlights.

If you have two nuts on each, one will adjust the vertical and the other will adjust the horizontal.

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

HOW TO ALT BELT 94 GEO??

7aFE or 4AFE engine.
old post, if you cant figure that out. then post vin, post photo of it.
my guess is it is a V belt, be nice to all that.
and you did say ALT and ALT tilts.
the alt has pivot on the bottom, and the top has built in
belt tension adjuster there,
one gets all that loose, and use it to set tension on the belt
about 10lbs force mid span on belt and 1/2" deflection
almost all V bets set like this for 100 years, even a tin lizzy.
