You have a problem in the engine or transmission that is serious and to avoid further damaging of the components the powertrain computer has limited available power. You must now have the computer system scanned for fault codes, then based on the fault codes you perform diagnostics and repair the problems.
SOURCE: Need location of fuel pump on a 1992 BMW 525i straight six engine
The fuel pump is located under the back seat on the passenger side. You will find an access cover and will need to remove the screws. You should be able to listen for the pump while someone cranks the car. Also I believe there is a large green w/ blue trace wire and an equally large brown wire at the connector. Check for battery voltage across the two wires. The fuse for the pump should be in the fuse panel under the hood.
SOURCE: Code error P1361 Honda CIvic LX 2002
P1361 TDC Sensor Intermittent Interruption (I got this from Engine-Light-Help.com)
TDC should mean Top Dead Center.
It is the sensor that tells the computer the #1 cylinder piston is at the very top. And therefore, fires the spark plug.
Since the maintenance done above, I believe the the timing marks for the timing belt is not lined up properly. Being off by one tooth will cause this problem.

You have a problem in the fuel pump relay circuit for sure then. I'm betting the relay, but it could be that dropping resistor.

It's fuel related, check your fuel filter to see if it's clogged, let me know. Good luck, Jim
SOURCE: check engine light code came up p2101 throttle
There is either a high or low circuit problem with the motor. The ecm, or called the computor, moniters the cuircuit for the motor.
The best thing to do is have the control motor checked and the ecm. One of them is bad.

Your going to need to take this to a ASE certified repair shop or the dealer , you probably don't have the diagnostic tools to trouble shoot this problem.
