I HAVE 2000 BLAZER and the 3rd brake light works but the ones in the tail light do not work have turn signals and new bulbs but no brake light

Try this site. http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. They give color codes and detailed info. If you have one bulb that does both, running and stop lights, then simple wiring to colors should correct the proble. If you have two bulbs, one for brake and one for turn signal, you must use a converter. Otherwise, it feeds back to whatever you are wired to.

your power starts at the brake light fuse,check with a test light,then proceed to stop light switch on brake pedal under dash,one wire will be hot when when you check it with your test light, the other won't be until you press down the brake pedal then the power flows through to the second wire,if no power to second wire replace switch,if you have power remove tail light bulbs and check for power in side socket.
