I have a 88 olds 98 regency everytime i turn on the park lights the fuse keeps blowing fuse 25 5a and its funny the lights still come on with no fuse in it what gives

it is located underneath the altinator ... if you look at the alt on the passenger side look between the alt and the fire-wall,look stait down and you will see a cap marked power steering fluid...
