Kindly let me know the location of turn signal flasher in Maruti alto K10 (first model) Is it electronic one?

the fuel cut off switch is the ignition key, and works all the time.

Since all vehicles made in the last 20 + years are having so many plastic and fibreglas components, you must have a really good ground wires set up to get the current back to the Safari's battery. Try some jumper cables for a ground, and see if that helps.
Also, try to take a hot wire off of another turn signal location.
Oh, yes, I just had another thought, maybe the best yet.
In the old days, different cars had different numbers of bulbs that flashed when the turn signals were turned on.
Example: small Chevrolet to big Cadillac.
Often the Chevy had 2 bulbs, while some Caddy's had as many as 8.
Because of this, the turn signal flashers would state how many bulbs that flasher would flash.
And, there was a super heavy duty available for your situation, when you were adding more bulbs.
I don't know if your Safari has an electronic turn signal flasher or the old kind, but maybe the flasher is overloaded.

Yes this model is obslete. Maruti had launched new models and acording to the euro norms government has banned both maruti 800 and alto from the roads.

all you have to do is extend the horn wire to reach the added horn so that both share the power source.
