I looked at the wiring diagrams and those two circuits should be on two different fuses. The shift lock solenoid is powered by the 10amp turn signal fuse and the 15amp stop light fuse. If the fuse blows when you put it in park, I would say the shift lock solenoid is the problem and the stop light fuse is the one that is blowing. The heater fan and relay are powered by a 60amp fuse and a 15amp fuse but not the stop light fuse. Its possible there is a short some where that has connected these two circuits. You could disconnect the shift lock solenoid to see if the fuse still blows.
if i remeber correctly your vehuicle has a transmission switch that has a power mode and normal mode. look for this will be on center console or dash. the power light just means it is in power mode
i just purchased a Chiltons manual from O'Rielly's for a 94 tracker its marked SUZUKI (Samurai/Sidekick/Tracker 1986-98) It includes FULL Wiring/cavuum diagrams....Hope his helps

Check the autozone.com website and register the car. It doesn't cost anything and will give you access to an online repair manual for the car. The wiring diagrams should be available there. Hope this helped and best wishes.
