I have a 2007 Toyota Sienna, p0304 and p0300, before addressing, now p0301 and p0300.

I have a 2007 Toyota Sienna 6 cylinder engine, two weeks ago the check engine light came on. It threw a p0304 and p0300. I cleared the code. Expecting it to come back. I ordered a replacement coil pack. The light did not come on and van was running well. It came back on to day and is running a little rough. I check the codes, expecting to see code p0304 and p0300, nope p0301 and p0300. So, do I have multiple packs failing, or is there something else I should check? Don't want to throw too many parts at it.

Have a 05 Pt/gt /HO with codes P0300 and P0304 please explain why and what these codes are for?

Code 300 is a random miss, and code 304 is a miss on cylinder four. The problem could be fuel, fire, or compression.

Causes of p0300, p0302, p0304, p0306 in 2000 toyota avalon

P0300 = Random/multiple cylinder(s) - misfire detected.
P0302 = Cylinder 2 - misfire detected.
P0304 = Cylinder 4 - misfire detected.
P0306 = Cylinder 6 - misfire detected.

A misfire can be caused by a few things. The most common causes are usually spark supply or fuel supply. Get BOTH of these checked.
All the misfires are on the same side of the engine so I would suspect a fuel rail or an injector issue on that side of the engine.

If the engine is still not warmed up yet and you take off like a bat out of hell, they will misfire occasionally. If it is a frequent problem change the spark plugs.

Error P0300 random/multiple cylinder misfire detected

Because of the way it is set up with the coils, if one cylinder misfires it affects another one. Also, if a plug or plug wire is bad it will do the same thing. But it is possible that the head gasket is bad because you said it was low on coolant. That will also cause a misfire. Check plugs to see if any of them are wet.
