Re: Same issue no radio, windows, locks but dash board...
Try unhooking the battery, turn key on, leave door open, then connect battery, start engine immediately.
The battery saver module thinks it's saving your power!!

Have the battery checked, if it has a flat cell you may experience bizarre problems like my mothers lincoln did (radio problems, security system problems, etc.) I would also check the ground connections to the block and the chassis (I often clean and file the block before reattaching grounds). Also check under the rubber boots on the positive for corrosion (which happened on my 04 S-10 and caused a similar condition). Hope this is useful.
This could be a combination of electrical issues, although i feel that the timing is coincidence in this case. When the combination is elec. windows, wipers, and dome lights this is indicative of the GEM module located behind your radio. The GEM (generic electronic module) is an electronic body control module that regulates electrical flow through a number of accessories.
These factory module boards are notorious for acting quirky by failing to ground intermittently until failing completely. I would be cautious in replacing ignition switches, locks, etc. as the issue can be also compounded by corrosion of the main battery ground wire in the engine compartment and which can cause frying of your under dash wiring into the main wiring harness which can get expensive (i speak from experience having had the exact same syptoms). My issues were that these symptoms occurred only in full ON. When in key BACK ACC mode, they disappeared.
New price for one of these modules is around $280-$300 and easily replaced.
Hmmmm, from what u say, sounds like everything is ok, but,Bad battery can run lights, radio, but trying to start, will make clicking noise. U jumped it to start, and it did, another sign of bad battery. How are the connections at battery? Tight and clean? No corrosion? Check wire to starter also to make sure it's ok. If all connections are clean and tight, I would recommend removing the battery, take to parts store for free check to see condition of battery (low charge, or if it's shot). If u jump start it, u can also have them check the alternator too (free). U indicate dash gauge @ 14, that should be good. Battery usually has a date 'thingy' on it that u peel off #'s to indicate when battery was purchased, does yours have the 'thingy?'
It may be expensive to have someone fix. Electrical gremlins can be a pain to find. If you could locate the issue then it might not cost as much to get fixed. Start by looking at all the wiring you can for any rubbing or bare wires. Something is grounding and draining the battery. I've seen a wiring harness rub a bracket on the back of an engine until it shorted, causing all sorts of issues on a civic.
