SOURCE: I am unable to replace the to center brake indicator bulb

Should be able to pry the cover off from the inside. Being that the car is 26 years old, the plastic may be brittle and break. Take it easy, and you should be able to do it that way, or they may be 2 screws on the sides of it.

Change bulb right rear turn signal on a 92 town car

Quoting from link:

https://itstillruns.com/replace-lights-lincoln-town-cars-7660993.html

Tail Lights, Stop Lights and Rear Turn Signal Lights

Turn the Town Car's engine off, and open the trunk. Remove the trunk retainer if your Town Car is equipped with one. Put on the gloves.
Pull the carpet away in order to access the tail lamp assembly. Remove the three nut-and-washer assemblies with a socket wrench.
Remove the desired bulb socket by turning it counterclockwise, and then pulling it straight out of the assembly. Pull the old bulb out of the socket, and install a new bulb. All three lights use 3457AK-type bulbs.
Place the socket back into the assembly, and reinstall the three nut-and-washer assemblies. Place the carpet back into the vehicle, reattach the trunk retainer if necessary, and close the trunk.

We have a 2000 dodge intrepid. Our break lights and one blinker in the back have gone out. How do we change the lights and/or the fuses ourselves?

since both brake lights are out this could be a fuse, if there is no fuse diagram on the fuse box cover you will have to just take them out 1 by 1 and visually inspect them, be sure that the small piece of wire in the fuse is not broken or burnt, the brake light fuse should either be ablue # 15 or a yellow # 20, now, since only 1 blinker is out this should'nt be a fuse, to acess this bulb you will need to open the trunk and remove or pull the trunk covering out of the way, you should see some black holders that look like wing nuts, take these off, probably 3 of them, and the light fixture will pull away from the car, use a twisting motion when removing the the light terminal from the lens
