Could having a factory anti theft system and a alarm system in a 2000 isuzu rodeo cause problem because mine will go off randomly and nobody is around

The problem may not be with anti-theft but with a bad fuel pump,cam/crank sensor etc. Also, you may try unlocking the drivers door with the key. On most cars that is the standard method for disabling the security system.

It might not be a factory installed system. Your best bet is to look around under the dash near the steering wheel and to the left for a black box with a bunch of "obviously not factory installed" colorful wires leading to it. It should have a brand and model number, with which you should be able to find the appropriate remote. Common brands are Clifford, UltraStart, Viper, Directed, Bulldog and others.

Most cars that are mid 90s and newer had a remote feature. If you take it by the parts department of and Isuzu dealer they should be able to order you one or two.

This has to do with the Auto's Computer system and should ONLY be done by a Factory Rep who knows what he/she are doing. not a home mechanic chore!!

You cannot disable the system because it's tied directly to the ignition system. The remote is most likely not the primary cause of the issue. Anti theft systems are directly wired to the computer and are designed to disable the vehicle if necessary. It sounds to me like you have two issues. One being the remote. Change the battery and it should function properly, but you may still have the problem of the lights and the alarm sounding off due to the sensor on the ignition switch itself. Could be your neutral safety switch, or it's not all the way in park. Broken or loose wires in the starting circuit. Inspect all wires and connectors at the battery, starter solenoid, and ignition switch. Or your starter pinion is jammed in the ring gear. Remove starter and inspect. Last but not least, your engine is seized. You don't want that one. Good luck.

I'm assuming its an original alarm or system that came from factory or dealer. When the light blinks is because the alarm is activated. Look underneath the radio the alarm brain might be there. There will be a label on it saying alarm or security system etc. Disconnect the harness to it and try operating your vehicle.
