Sorry, your radio has died.. I can fix them, but I don't. Cheaper for you to get a new after market one. If you have an amp, bypass it or replace it also.

Hello Friends, I need help and advice. I have a Mazda Tribute 2.3 (2005 Mechanical) is the same as the Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner. Step to indicate symptoms: The vehicle began to take a few...

Communication errors with the vehicle's ECU does NOT mean that you need to replace the ECU OR the car! This code means that there is a problem with your Control Area Network (CAN).
Your vehicle has many computer modules onboard. The CAN is what networks all of these modules together so they can share information with each other and with your scan tool. (I like to call this the phone line) ...Your phone line is down! :) When your phone line is down, you do not throw away the phone (ECU) or the house that the phone is in (the car). You repair the phone line.

The way you have described the problem, It sounds like your battery is very low. I would begin to diagnose this problem by testing the battery and the rest of the charging system (wires, cables, alternator, etc.).

Many communication errors can be fixed by repairing the battery or charging system.

If repairing the battery and/or charging system does not help, you will need a true scan tool (NOT a generic code reader) to diagnose your CAN circuits.

Try a local repair shop with a data base
ALLDATA etc
Have them show you the wiring diagram
The circuit the fuse is on won't get you to
the module, not timing out
You should be around 40ma or less when they
go to sleep

No start codeB2159

This sounds like a memory related issue, check all your fuses first. The ECU will have a memory fuse ( Poss 3 amp). If this has blown, replace it and see if water has entered the ECU location. If it has remove the ECU, allow it to dry out. Make sure you cure the water ingress, refit ECU and it should be ok. As long as the water hasn't been getting in for a long time. Hope this helps...

Won't start. gas gauge does not register. no fuel to engine.

CHECK THE "ECU" FUSES AND THE FUEL PUMP FUSES UNDER THE HOOD DRIVER SIDE. DID YOU RAN IT LOW ON FUEL? RUNNING LOW ON FUEL HEATS UP THE AND PUMP BURNS THE FUSE TO THE ECU. "IGNITION ECU" . USE A TESTES OR REMOVE ALL FUSES AND CHECK THEM FOR THAT FUSE CONNECTION THAT GOES FROM PRONG TO PRONG. THAT WILL CAUSE TO MARK YOUR FUEL GAUGE EMPTY AND WONT START THINKING YOU HAVE NO FUEL.

BY THE THE ECU IS THE ENGINES COMPUTER. ENGINE CONTROL UNIT. THAT SHOULD FIX IT. BUT BE VERY SURE THAT YOUR 100% THAT YOU CHECK EVERY FUSE SPECIALLY THE ECU AND FUEL PUMP THE ECU HAS I BELIEVE MORE THAT 2 FUSES. I HAD PEOPLE NOT FINDED THE BAD FUSE AND I GO AND WALLA GOT FIND IT LESS THAN 10 SEC. SEND YOU FEEDBACK PLEASE THANKS AND HOPE THAT HELP U.

Fuel ECU fuse keeps blowing (30 amp)

Your fuel pump is internally binding and causing the fuse to blow. Change the pump (and filter while you're back there.)
