Reviewing the tech info that comes up on a google search, this code is just about worthless for diagnostic purposes. Go back to basics. Does fuel pressure drop just before car dies? Once dead, if you crank it do you still have spark at the plugs? Most likely causes if electrical are coil/ignition module, cam/crank sensor, coolant temp sensor, bad converter or muffler.

Lexus 93 ls400 remote not working for driver's door

if all other doors work the door lock actuator needs replaced most likely. if door switch works the same. if not then it could be a bigger problem in the circuit or remote control module. use a meter to test for signal to lock actuator. if no signal then ck control unit. if signal replace lock actuator.

My 1993 Ls 400 Lexus runs fine for about 10 to 15 miles, then shuts off. it will not start for at least 2 or more hours. then it runs again. So far I've replace the fuel pump and fuel pump control

Need to check next time it quits,pull a wire and see if it has spark,
I suspect it is a ignition problem,not fuel.

traction control is a separate system. If traction control or ABS is a problem they are taken out of the loop and the normal brakes still work. The master is for the brake system/ The ABS module and valve body and wheel sensors are your traction/antiskip system.

Ho do you diagnose a broken timing belt in a 1994 Lexus LS400? The car was running fine yesterday, today it will turn over (no battery or starter issues) but will not fire? Could it be a fuel pump?

take the cover off and then ask assistant to turn engine over whilst you check the belt

My 1991 lexus ls 400 the entire window and sunroof circuit is off cant roll down windows or open the sun roof checked the fuses and relays nothing has fixed the problem

try find the module that control those circuit and check that , sound to me like that is your problem

The location is Under hood, passenger side, front side of shock tower, mounted on top of fenderwell. Here is a picture of what it is that you are looking for:

i have a 1990 lexus ls400 and my car died on me one day while driving... the windshield wipers shot on and a bunch of fuses were blown i replaced the computer and my cigarette lighter my two igniton fuses and my gauges fuses all keep blowing and i dont know what to do to fix it... please help.
