The big problem of throwing new parts at a problem instead of going through a logical diagnostic process is the exact original fault was never found. You fixed it but you don't know what was wrong and now you have to start again without knowing whether it is pure coincidence, a faulty part or some ongoing problem...
If you still have the original parts it isn't too late to inspect them and try and determine the original fault before checking for a repeat of the same fault on the vehicle.
Considering the fault seems to be a repeat of before it is likely spark plug related, perhaps fouling due to town running deposits, oiling or perhaps water ingress from a failing cylinder head gasket but only thorough and logical checking is likely to find the problem.
