u can't what i did is i bring the lock cylinder to the lock smith, he change the inside so you can use the old key.
if you don't have the old key you to bring it to toyota so they can program the new key and it cost a lot
The motor can be replaced without touching the immobilizer system. There may be no problem with the immobilizer system as it only turns off power to the fuel pump or ignition spark.
better yet just re-seed the immobilizer ECM with the dealer
