Sounds like the Fuel pump relay.. When you turn on the key you should hear the relay click.. then 1-2 seconds later it will click again and turn the pump off until the car starts. This pressurerises the system so the car starts.. if this does not happen there is no pressure on the injectors.
Fuel pump relay may be weak. Try removing the connector from the oil pressure switch and connecting the terminals together so as to bypass the switch.
if this works, replace the relay.
Jim; have you confirm the fuel pum[ is working? If it is, you should get something out of the fuel rail. Sadly. Pump is a dealer recommended repair cause the pump is more than likely in the fuel tank. Thry should changre you filter at the same time.
