It's not a stock system ,It has a none stock A/C compressor. (or pulley and or mount)

so measure the circumference (using a tape ruler)
and buy a belt that matches,
there is no other way. if the old belt (custom fit)
was lost.

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. What is wrong with my steering wheel?

That is strange because they are unrelated.

The power steering works using a pump that has a pulley and is turned by the Serpentine belt. Where you put the fluid, did it look like this?

The Brake Master Cylinder has a similar reservoir and also has a brake booster that uses vacuum power from the engine to give you a mechanical advantage. Both are shown here

The original motor in my 93 grand cherokee 5.2L seized in June. I bought a good junk yard 5.2L motor from a 98 Grand Cherokee and swapped over the 93 intake and all related electronics. The engine is back...

are you sure those intakes are inter changeable?
if you still have the 98 intake and your 93 block ,sit there and look for any differences in holes or hole locations.
another way to check is when it is running remove the oil fill cap and see if it stalls or picks up speed.

Remove the serpentine belt by using a breakover bar, rachet or serpentine belt removal tool with the correct size socket for the pulley mounting bolt. Rotate tensioner arm to release tension. Remove the belt.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

On a 2001 saab 93 turbo can can you bypass the ac compressor or is there a bypass pulley

You can bypass both the AC compressor and the middle serpentine idler pulley with a 6PK1790. The middle pulley is bypassed by running the belt straight line from the upper rear serpentine idler straight to the power steering pulley, then over the water pump (the smooth pulley powered by the back side of the belt) and down to the engine drive pulley (harmonic balancer), bypassing the AC compressor) This works fine. On 9.5 models, the same basic idea, but a slightly different sized belt.
