Without knowing what the fuel pressure is, no one can say for sure. You'll need to check that. If you find there is a fuel pressure issue, you'll need to isolate the cause (wiring, connectors, pump relay or the pump itself). You will also want to inspect/examine the intake air hose, filter & vacuum lines to eliminate those things as possible causes. Additionally, you might simply have a throttle position sensor which is malfunctioning/going bad. You'll also want to scan your OBDII for any trouble codes which may have been set and which could help narrow down your search for the cause.

you may have a bad fuel pressure regulator replacing it should stop your problem.

look on driver side rear fender for canister if its not located under the hood.
