Changed flasher relay in grand cherokee, had flashers before and turn signals worked occasionally, now nothing

test the combo switch,
get the schematic,
then with a voltemeter probe the input to combo and output.
if imput is good, and output is bad the switch is bad.
alldata.com has the schematic.
the FSM even walks you step by step to each test.

My signals and flasher quit working 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee

in your vehicles owner manual, look up fuses, and flasher units or flasher relay. Fuses are normally located under the dash, but when both turn signals quit working it is usually the relay. The relay is located under the hood yours owners manual should show you the location.

Turn signal don't work or the flashers?

If you still have flasher problems, I read on Google to spray WD-40 down in and around the hazzard flasher button, then press it up and down several times...and BINGO...all flashers and signals worked again....just had some dirt and dust in the wiring....
